Frequently Asked Questions

A solve is a single optimization request submitted through the API. Each call to the optimization engine counts as one solve regardless of problem type or size. Auxiliary operations such as result verification and analysis do not count toward solve limits.
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Contact sales for plan changes.
Additional solves are billed at the per-solve rate for your tier. You'll receive usage alerts before reaching your limit. On the Explorer plan, requests beyond the limit are rate-limited until the next month.
Enterprise and Advanced plans include a formal SLA with uptime guarantees, guaranteed response times, and dedicated support contacts. Contact sales for the full SLA document.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. No problem data is retained after a solve completes. On-premise deployment is available for organizations that require full data sovereignty or air-gapped environments.
